Potatoes ready?

Hi all,

Are these potatoes in the pink bucket ready to harvest? They have gone droopy all of a sudden.
If so do i pull them up, or remove the plant and leave it for a while? (I think I read that somewhere). Thanks!

Did you send a photo? Which pink bucket? 🙂
Early potatoes are ready when they finish flowering, June/July. I expect yours are late ones so when the foliage dies down. Are they in compost in a bucket? I hope there are drainage holes. Can you put your hand in and feel if there are potatoes ready to harvest?

I planted my Charlottes end of March. I think they usually take 90 days.

No I would say they need longer .
  • Well the tops are still green , so you could wait.Charlotte would normally be planted in March/April  and be more than ready by now.
