Best Indoor pool house plants

We are buying a house that has an indoor swimming pool room. I'm new to indoor plants around pool!
I live in a town on the New Mexico/Texas border. We have all 4 seasons here and will be using pool heater during winter months.
What are the best plants?

I have a summer kitchen - unheated and I put my Boston Fern there during the winter months. It gets the sun in the morning.
I would imagine any indoor plants would thrive - they'd probably enjoy the humidity. Orchids like humidity but not heat.
The only problem I can think of is chlorine in the air which will not suit some plants.
Those that I have seen in the UK are mostly various palm trees in big pots.
