Butternut squash: can I still eat these?

Hello! Does anyone know if the discolouration and milky white jelly stuff (middle one) makes these butternut squash unsafe to eat (roasted) if I clean and skin them first?
I’m guessing the brown is ok, but read milky white extrusion is bacterial?

I don't know if there are different varieties of Butternut these days but the usual colour would be an overall pale orange when fully ripe .
