Autumn sown seeds flowering times
I've seen quite a few people online saying that they're going to sow some of their hardy annuals in autumn and this means that they will flower earlier. Does this also mean that they finish flowering earlier or do just get a longer flowering period?

I rarely bother sowing in autumn because the spring sown ones catch up.
