Hanging baskets winter

Hello , currently hanging baskets & pots looking good- full of colour. Ive bought from supermarket some autumn bedding plants - quite a lot of root on them. What do I do with these until summer plants have died - too nice to take out now. I got the winter ones as I noticed last year they sell out quite early with pansies etc. Think about 4 weeks left for summer ones.Ive got a cold frame but no borders.
