Seed and top dressing recommendations

Hi, can you recommend some good seed and top dressing for a post summer treatment please?

Also a good aerator, thanks

    Do you mean for a lawn?  

    We will need more information of:  present state ...   use: decorative, recreation, children ...     soil: acid, chalky, other ...  aspect:  shady, sunny, a bit of both ... maintenance needs:  none, 2x a year, 3x a week ...  eco:  wild flowers, wildlife ...

    For an aerator I would suggest:  a fork,   a burly gardener.

    Seeing your pics and your info on present regime, I would say:
    Just relax, do less, spend less, your lawn is OK.
