not sure it'd stand up in court, one photo of one plant
    Devon.

But we on the forum are here to help with the questions asked and support the OP. We've offered perspectives and potential roads of enquiry. It's their private decision what to do and how to curate their case. It's not about us.

That's because I don't have time to upload 60+ photos to a forum? Especially when each photo needs shrinking down in size, this takes time and I'm currently working 15 hour days so I don't have time to upload them here when it's not going to help anything? All images will be sent to my solicitors who will be dealing with the case. There is plenty of evidence to support my case.

I wish you good luck, but having had recent experience of the law, when I lost what seemed a cast iron case, my advice would be to stay as far away from it as possible.
You can spend an awful lot of money and never see anything in return.
How can you lie there and think of England

Agree, re the law. Have twice had small claims court find in our favour but never received a penny. Getting the money is a whole new hurdle.
  • Same here ... he owed us thousands but hopped off abroad out of the reach of the arm of the law, despite the court having found in our favour.   He was convinced he was destined for great things, but 40 years on he's spent his inheritance and is scraping byplaying bit and non-speaking parts on Doc Martin and the like ... Schadenfreude is a wondrous thing.   B)

Why should we support the OP if we haven't seen enough to make the judgment? Just because they asked and sounded nice? What if we are supporting a bully customer against a decent and honest gardener? I mean, OP most probably IS the good guy here but we haven't seen enough to be 100% sure.
Obviously, they don't owe us anything and don't have to show any photos. We can still give general advice for legal disputes of this kind. But we can't really know if the garden is truly ruined or not and how bad it is.
