A real long shot - dahlia at end of last week's GW

This is a terrible screenshot. There was a plant right at the end of GW on Friday (min 58) which I think is a very dark red, large single dahlia. Any ideas?

    Bishop of Aukland.
How can you lie there and think of England
When you don't even know who's in the team

It looks rather like chocolate cosmos (Cosmos atrosanguineus) to me. Could easily be wrong though, as far as I can see we didn't get a close-up view of it.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained

    I concur with @punkdoc.
The dark foliage and new buds are visible behind the flowers
    Devon.

I thought it looked larger and darker than either, but is it hard to see. Thanks

There are quite a few it could be, but I think Bishop of Auckland is the most likely one , if l had to put money on it.
