What is this Plant?

This has sprung up immediately in front of the Camelia I planted about 3 months ago. Should I dig it up, is it a weed? It seems to have red tips.

    It is a weed - the name escapes me atm, but remove it before the fluffy seeds disperse and you have a garden full of them

    It’s called Horseweed,  I would pull it out as soon as possible.
