Can anyone identify this? I've suddenly got quite a lot of them on my dwarf kale. Max 1cm long. They move like a caterpillar but seem to taper at one end. No obvious daamge being caused to the kale leaves but I have lots of grey aphids on them, which I keep spraying with a neem oil solution.
...Hoverfly larvae maybe? In which case they will be doing a good job on the aphids...? Can anyone confirm that? Mature hoverflies do keep appearing inside the netting
