I visited on a garden club trip some years ago and loved it. We had a warm welcome with tea and cake. We then looked around the polytunnels. Loved the pelargoniums and also the wonderful collection of ferns. A fascinating place that can never be repeated.

I visit there every year and it is one of the few trips I look forward to making. I used to love seeing the national collection of pelargoniums and be amazed by the sheer variety. All the plants were well cared for and the people working there were knowledgeable and kind. I will miss them and I will probably cherish the pelargoniums I have in my own collection even more now.
I am aware that the national collection is with the RHS since last year, but I doubt we will have so many varieties available to buy now.
I don't know if there are any more Natinal Collections of Pelargoniums? I am sure that Fibrex will do their very best to ensure the collection continues, it is very important and I understand it is to be divided between the RHS gardens.
