Potato Blight

Hi all, is this the start of blight? There are no brown legions on the stalks yet. If so any advice please on best course of action. They have been in the tubs since 26th June so are almost there I think.

    No that's not blight ...  you can breathe  :D

    It's a bit of rust or similar ... nothing serious on an plant that's coming to the end of it's life anyway.  

    If it was blight you'd see it yesterday and the plants would be dead today ... it's that quick.

    A length of 2m fleece is a good precaution, maybe for 2023.

    There's one good thing about drought ... it's not the right conditions for potato blight. 😉
