Dehydrating your harvest

We have invested in a Ninja airfryer which has a dehydrating option.
I want to dehydrate a lot of apples and tomatoes.
Have any of you got one and tried it out yet? Even if not a Ninja.

I'm pretty sure @Pat E dehydrates her fruit.

Yes Penny and Hosta. I’ve a drying machine.  I mostly use it for drying herbs, but have sliced apples for it.   I store the dried herbs for ages in large jars. It’s very handy when it’s the wrong season for some them.😁

I also have a drying machine, mine gets used a lot for drying chillies when the hot sun isn't out which hasn't been the case much this summer!
