    It actually emitted 2l in half an hour, so I think I will stick with the timers. (I had found some spare tap connectors...) Not sure if it's faulty or the 180ml was per hole. 

    Maybe an hour twice a day...

    Thanks,  @JennyJ on the one hand I really hope it rains (of course). On the other hand, if it rains here, it will probably rain where I am going :)
