  Looks like Syringa aka lilac.

  It looks like a lilac. If it is it will grow quite big. Where did it come from?

  Needs to go in the ground it will grow into a very large bush/ tree.

  Plant ASAP and water thoroughly. Would like as much sun as you can give but will tolerate some shade. Will probably get large.
