Still blackspot or something new?

Just noticed this today on a newish climbing rose, any ideas, looks different than my ongoing blackspot issues.

I think that looks like a bit of insect damage. I'd not worry about it. The insects have probably moved on/pupated or whatever by now.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
