Desiccated bugs on camellia leaves

Does anyone have any idea what these are? Just noticed them on the underside of some of the leaves on a camellia bush. Looking at them through a hand lens they look like little mites, but they’re dead and I particular look like the body has holes in them. Are they the remnants of something that has shed it’s exoskeleton and if so is it something I should be worried about.

Any tips gratefully received!

If your photos aren't uploading, reducing their size a bit and trying again usually fixes the problem  :)
