Help! Cactus black on edges

One of my kids didnt realize how close he was to my plants when he sprayed some Off spray on his arms. A day later and my cactus has black on the edges that caught the overspray. Is there anything I should do or not do or can do to save it?

    Apart from chopping the child up and making it into compost no, there is nothing you can do.
    Just look after it and hope it survives, scars and all.
