The flowers look like one of the eucryphias but I don't think it's cordifolia as they as serrated leaves and yours are smooth so looked it up and it could be Eucryphia wilkiei
@Pete.8 Many thanks for your prompt response. There's no doubt it is Myrtle. Good to know. @Uff Many thanks for your suggestion. It is certainly very similar and I feel it has more pronounced flowers than the Myrtle. Worth thinking about but where I would plant it is another story!
