  Looks like Hibiscus.

  @chrisantrae01 I think it is Hibiscus, if you live in the south of the country it wouldn't have survived so long here. I notice it is growing next to a Camellia, it does need full sun so that it probably why you have only a few flowers.

  I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.
