Passion Flower

I have accidentally propagated a passion flower that my kids brought home from their grandparents garden about a month ago.
I'm wondering if I can plant it straight out in the garden. Or maybe pot it up and keep it in the greenhouse (unheated) until next spring? Or am I wasting my time, should I just bin it? Cheers folks.

@GunStreetGirl Just wondered where you want to plant it, obviously it will need to be potted up next if you wish to grow it on. I was suprised to read on a recent thread that someone had a passion flower that had got so big it was growing inside their house. Will try to find the thread for you.

  • @GardenerSuze I have a large trellis on my back wall so I was hoping to put it there if I can get it to survive. Currently it hosts a star jasmine.
  • @GardenerSuze wow, thanks for the info! Maybe I won't bother!

@GunStreetGirl I have to be honest it came as a suprise to me. Years ago it would not have survived the winter in Notts

I wouldn’t plant it on a house wall.
