Is this a Rudbeckia

Appeared (self sown) in amongst other plants. in several places in garden. It looks like a Rudbeckia has very dark green leaves, some are only about 6 inches tall others over 1 foot.
Can anyone confirm this for me - thanks

    It doesn't look like a Rudbeckia to me.  Rudbeckia tend to have a much darker middle in the flowers.  I'm no authority though .

    Looks like Heliopsis or perennial Helianthus, not Rudbeckia.

    Thank you, looked up Heliopsis - looks very much like that.
