Nemesia seeds

How do you plant these tiny seeds? They're ultra light, should I just soak the compost then sow them and put a very fine sprinkling of soil on them? How long do they take to germinate? Any advice would be great.

    sow in march on compost. Mix the tiny seeds with a little dry silver sand to be able to spread them evenly. Soak the compost by standing in a tray of water, and put a propagator lid on. Use a mist to water with until they germinate.
