Three mysteries unsolved!

The first 2 images are of a plant my friend bought, thinking it was a Sage.

The next 2 images are of a plant growing in my garden, much smaller than an Ox-eye daisy.

The third plant i found growing in a field.

    The plant in a pot looks like a hebe; the daisy-like flower is probably corn chamomile, and the purple one is greater knapweed.
    Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

    You beat me to it ,I just had to look up the knapweed so I was sure .I agree with all your answers
