ID large flower in pond and a wildflower

Hi this looks like an allium type but Mr Google has let me down.



….and what is this gorgeous purple button wild flower?

    Butomus  umbellatus rush and a scabious. Could be devils bit or sheeps bit but would need better photos to identify.
