Not sure can’t really tell Is the scale dry ? Will it gently scrape away ? Sometimes they get like this if you’ve used tap water on it . If the scale is wet I’d say it’s rot .But don’t quote me ,I’m really not sure .Wait a bit ,somebody else might know for sure .
What do you recommend for this, or is it for the big bin in the sky?
