Is this Euonymus Green Spire?

  "Green spire" is plain green, so no, that one's variegated. Not sure which one though (or even whether it's a Euonymus). My green and white one is E. "Emerald Gaiety" and the leaves are wider than yours, but there's one called "White Spire" that might be a better match.

  I have Euonymus microphylus which looks similar, Green Spire has solid green leaves. They don,t seem to be fussy as I have them in sun and shade

  It would appear to be Euonymus japonicus Microphylla variegatus.

  Agree it is not Euonymus  japonicus Green Spire...leaves are all green.
  Nor Euonymus  fortunei Emerald Gaiety...pics below
