Help rose bush has spots.

Hi, I was given a rose bush last week in memory of my dad who died on this day last year. I put some dried rose feed in the pot when I planted it I've been away for the week and the neighbours have been watering it (not sure how often but it isn't dry). I've come home today and it has these spots on the leaves, should I be worried? Could I have over fed it when I planted it?
It's in a sunny spot on my patio. I've never grown a rose before so have no idea about what I need to do but I really don't want to kill it. Thank you for your help.
