lacewing greenhouses in complete on arrival

i received a lacewing greenhouse 8x6 and find it was in complete 50% of bolts etc were not in the pack iam now having a job locating them

    i am not sure i was away for two or three months and it was a birthday present.

    These are the opening times of the support lines on the number @Pete.8 has provided.

    I understand the greenhouses arriving under-bolted is not that unusual. Quite why it's difficult is a mystery.

    because they are saying it is not them who supplied it that is the problem and it is made mote difficult when it was a birthday present when i was away
