Looks just like mint, doesn't smell like it though! Any ideas?

    Agastache ? Does it have a smell when you rub the leaves ?

    Yes, sort of sour/bitter, definitely not something you'd want to eat. And now that you say it, I had some agastache seeds that didn't germinate and I might have just dumped that soil in that part of the garden. Thanks @AnniD
