    These were one of the best I’ve grown,  just about 2 seeds in them if that, not so many on the plant and they need supporting well,  but lovely for cooking, or grilling on toast.

    I am finding them rather nice both as a salad one and in cooking I used them today in a stir-fry, also used them last week in stead of passata in a slow cooker turkey meat balls
    it really made a lovely meal put half of it in the freezer for later on when I haven't got a lot of time, It's BBC good food recipe it uses porridge oats has well, if you like spices you can add them I am afraid both my wife and I don't like spices.
