What’s wrong with my pear tree?

I’m pretty sure the orange spots are rust, but unsure why some of the leaves are turning brown/black. Have I got two things wrong with it? Also spotted a vapour moth caterpillar on it. Not sure if that bugger has anything to do with the black leaves.

    I pick off and burn the leaves with rust … black spots I don’t worry about … they don’t seem to cause a problem for us.
