Growth on blueberry plant

Does anyone happen to know what these little brown growths are? Thanks in advance for any thoughts - it may just be late but it doesn’t look like this plant will produce any blueberries this year, so am assuming this is to blame.

Can’t see them clearly but it looks like an infestation of brown scale insects.

I agree - use a brush of some sort to shift them.
My blueberries get a few sometimes - I brush them off or flick them with a fingernail.
