Callistemon advice

I have this Callistemon tree which is around 90cm tall and has not grown significantly in the last 2 months.

Is it likely to grow taller, or do I need to (repeatedly) remove lower branches to achieve more height?

I don't think it is a grafted tree as the bark on the trunk matches that on the branches and I can't see an obvious graft point.

    I'm  not sure how well they do in a container and yours looks very dry. You haven't said whereabouts you are but I'm finding that the drought has stopped pretty much all growth and many plants are fighting for their lives. Yours looks really green and healthy so I would just be glad and give it time!
