Hydrangea Problem Solving

Does anyone  know what is happening here? Is it getting too much water? Looks like a fungus of some kind.

    Looks like sunburn to me

    It could be a leaf spot disease caused by the warm weather. Whereabouts are you in the UK ? (A general location will do). 
    If you have had excessive heat and very dry weather,  or heavy rain or humidity, that may explain it. I think the cause dictates the solution.
