    Thank you. That’s strange as we have others in same (part shade) flower bed and others in full shade which don’t have the same symptoms.

    Mine in a shady spot was exactly the same I just gave lots and lots of water and it’s perked up

    Even in the same bed, you can get areas which are more exposed to sun  :)
    The damaged leaves will drop off though, and as long as the shrub is healthy otherwise, it'll recover. It's just cosmetic.
    There seems to be a Camellia next to that one too, and they also suffer in too sunny a site.
    It's also competition for moisture, and neither of those shrubs are happy if they go short of it for a long time. They may be a bit crowded, which can be a problem in future re the amount of water they can access. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
