What plant is this?

My husband planted watermelon, cantaloupe, winter squash and pumpkin all in the same area. He can’t remember which was which. Whatever this plant is it is MASSIVE. I’ve posted a picture of the plant in full and a closeup of one of the buds. Anyone have a clue?

If l had to put my money on one of them, l would think it's the pumpkin, but l'm not sure.

Pumpkin or wintersquash, I lean slightly to the latter as most pumpkins are round, but I don't know which types you planted.
