It depends how you feel about it. If it's something you look at, or see, frequently, you could look at sticking some shrubs in which will cope in wetter or drier spells, after amending the soil a little bit. They would take up excess, and still cope in drier spells. It isn't a huge area. The excess from the driveway is heading that way, so you may find it would only be a couple of bits which would be trickier. Assuming you're in an area that gets reasonably regular rainfall to keep them happy in the drier spells, there are plenty which would do the job. Alternatively, make a soakaway. It's not a huge area, so wouldn't need too much digging out. You could even have a compromise, with a good layer of soil over the gravel, and some appropriate planting. You'd need a physical barrier between the gravel and soil, to prevent the soil washing through.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Forget grass. Lawn or grass on that scale is pointless. Plant a tree. Dependant upon how far away it is from the house there are number of trees that will suit that position. Do some Googling and choose wisely and you'll be surprised how much water they suck up.
