Is it in the ground? Has it been scorched by the sun and/or lack of water?
Our Victoria has been in situ for some 6 years now and while we watered it during its first season we haven't since and we thankfully do not have the leaves browning. Plums were picked today (but they were much smaller than usual, probably due to lack of rain to swell the fruit).
