  Sorry - the photo isn't clear enough to really see the problem.
  If you've had aphids, it could be their skin casings, but a better photo, in focus, would help 

  It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

  Thanks for your replay, its a Plum tree and there are lots of white things on the leaves, my friend said its a kind of infection but we dont know what specially is and how to treat it.

  Not something I have experience of unfortunately, but my reply will bump up your post, and someone may be able to help  
  I don't think it looks too bad, and may just be some aphid damage, although they can cause the foliage to curl. It could be that if the leaves are quite distorted, so have a closer look to see if there are insects inside any likely looking ones.
  There are quite a lot of other problems for plums which can certainly be more troublesome - the plum moth and silverleaf being the main ones.

  The spots on the leaves look like they've been caused by something sucking on the underside of the leaves. Thrips leave such marks, but I don't know if they infect plums.
  
  The little white bits could be aphid casings after they moult as @Fairygirl
  has suggested.
