Well done @Grajean !!!  Cold cucumber soup, gazpacho and lots of cucumber salad.  Good to put sliced on your eyes in this heat !!

Mine too, I’ve grown them for my snails,  they’ll eat one a day.

Still plenty for us,  wonder if you can make a courgette cake with cucumbers,  anyone tried?

Could probably be as bland as a courgette cake @Lyn :D   But - you can make cucumber soup or gazpacho and freeze it!  I cook onions and cucumbers for my soup.

Not a cake @Lyn but loads of recipes here - https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/search?q=cucumber

I cooked this the other day - https://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/thai-style_cucumber_08091 - and it was delish but another time I'd use chicken thigh instead of breast.
