I've seen several of these plants around - could you please tell me what they are called as have the perfect spot for them. Thank you

    mesembryanthemum ?
    Hard to tell from the picture, is it upright, prostrate, flowering on top of foliage?

    I thought Delosperma as well. Need to see the leaves to be sure.
