Trying to identify a plant

Hello,
I saw the white plant in the picture below at Chelsea Flower Show but I could not find any details. Does anyone know what this is? Not the Mexican Fleabane but the larger plant.

Looks like a sort of Allium.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

@karenkte I think it is Allium neapolitanum.

I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.
