What is this tall white plant with rose-like flowers?
I took this photo during a walk. The photo shows a tall tree/plant with lovely white flowers with yellow centre; the flowers quite resemble single rose blooms, but they are not. The leaves on the plant were quite different too. Can someone tell me what it is? Thanks in advance. I do not have any more pictures, though I tried to take a zoom photo from the pavement.

might be one these?
If that is the one, beware its suckering habit ... there are stories of it invading foundations and appearing in one's living room uninvited 😱 They may be apocryphal, of course.
