Norfolk Herbs. Excellent service.

We are sometimes too ready to give bad reviews, so i thought i should give praise where it is due.
I placed an order, and just before it arrived i had an email saying they had sent the wrong order. The correct order arrived the next day, and i was told to keep the 'wrong' order.
It's when something goes wrong that you find out what a companies customer service is like. I didn't need to do anything to fix the error.
Well done, from a satisfied customer.

I agree @Balgay.Hill ... they really are a good company to business with.  As they're in Norfolk I have visited their place to buy plants, but Norfolk's a big county and it's not always convenient to travel out there ... their online service has always been good IME.

Also their online 'out of stock' messaging is quite good. As soon as they have the item available, they inform you. I have found that quite helpful.

Another vote for them. I received a parcel where a salvia had been damaged in transit.  I sent a photo, received a refund plus the advice to put the damaged section in water, where it would root.
Also agree about the stock notification  :)
