A GOOD recommendation!

Janie BJanie B Posts: 963

Just want to share a good recommendation … think I heard of this company from someone on this forum. I’ve just received my second impressive order from tortworthplants.co.uk (10 x gaura). Was a bit hesitant about ordering online in this heat, but I wanted to fill some gaps in the border, and wanted to add to the gaura I already have. Amazing quality plants arrived very quickly, beautifully packed in straw… very good value plants (£2.50 ea), and imo worth the £12.00 I paid for p&p.

*I am in no way connected to the company (just a happy punter!)*

They do lovely plants and still at very good prices (imo).
For anyone interested, they are at the following rare plant fairs with lots of other nurseries.

Sunday 24th July - Rare Plant Fair - Highnam Court, Nr. Gloucester, Gloucestershire

Friday 9th September - Plant Sale - The Coach House, Ampney Crucis, Nr. Cirencester, Gloucestershire

Sunday 11th September - Rare Plant Fair - The Bishop's Palace, Wells, Somerset

Sunday 18th September - Rare Plant Fair - Llanover House, Nr. Abergavenny, Monmouthshire

Another forum member with no connection to the nursery  :)

Thanks one for my notebook! Just had a look on website some plants available in both a 9cm and a 2 litre pot. Good idea.

I've had dealings with them and also found them a great company.
