We had a little seed packet for a ‘grow your own’ for my daughter, it was supposed to be radishes. I read that if they don’t take, they flower instead, which they did. Now looks like bean pods. Any ideas?

The seed pods of what you planted - radishes. They'll have bolted and flowered
