Plant identification help!

Hello, I’ve recently moved house with a garden with some interesting plants.

There is this shrub/ multi stem tree which is about 6ft high with some small white clusters of flowers. It looks as though it’s nearly finished flowering (in July) and has lighter brown stems.

Does anyone know what it might be?

thank you :)

@SianInLondon Possibly a Deutzia? If you want to prune it now is the time.

@SianInLondon The correct advice is prune after flowering. Your plant does have a good shape, as it flowers on the previous years wood perhaps leave pruning until next year. Pruning does improve Deutzia's, cut out the flowering stems to the base, just after flowering. It would be a good idea to clear some of the grass growing at the base too. Also if you have some blood fish and bone you could feed.
