Ornamental pear leaf problem

Hello everyone I noticed the leaves on my pyrus chantelicier are looking a bit odd should I be concerned? Many thanks

    Hello @bcpathome thank you for you reply.  It is only around 2 years old...I planted it a year ago and it was bought as a very your tree from a reputable garden centre for around £40 and 6ft tall.

    I’m guessing that you have already looked for anything suspicious on the foliage .If there is nothing there that shouldn’t be ,maybe it needs more water .Is it growing in the ground ? So is there any plant or grass that is nearer than about half a metre of the trunk ,if so you need to clear it to give the trunk room and the roots a clear patch to take in water .
    Other than that I don’t know what to suggest .
