Big Monstera deliciosa in need of support

I bought a Monstera deliciosa for our office and it - or rather, she ("Gloria") - seems to be doing very well, but I'm concerned that the existing support (pole and trellis) is not adequate. What can I do to improve things?

    You could get one of those big moss support poles I guess

    Also a bigger pot would help and cut off all those rootlet things to tidy it up
